We'll discuss your specific aftercare needs during your consultation and provide you with a personalized plan to ensure optimal healing and results. This plan will typically include guidelines on cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, and activities to avoid.

Our consultations are complimentary (free) and are a great opportunity for us to understand your needs and expectations. We will also be able to provide you with an estimate of the price, approximate length of time, and expected results of your treatment. However, please note that in case of last-minute cancellation or no-show to your appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged to compensate for lost time.

Tattoo removal can cause some discomfort. It’s often described as feeling like a rubber band snapping against the skin, with varying levels of intensity depending on the individual and the treatment area.

To enhance your comfort, we offer numbing and/or cooling solutions during your treatments. These can significantly reduce discomfort and make the procedure more tolerable. We also utilize the Zimmer cooling device, which delivers sub-zero air to the treatment area during the procedure, further minimizing discomfort.

We want to ensure that all of our clients receive safe and effective treatments. Therefore, before any tattoo removal session, it's important to inform us if you have any of the following conditions or have recently undergone any of the following treatments:

• Pregnancy
• Using prescription retinoids or Accutane
• Recent facial peels, or laser treatment in the last 4 weeks.
• Treatment area in poor condition such as extremely dry skin, acne, rash, etc.
• Recent allergic reaction on or near the area
• Recent sun exposure or use of bronzers
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Autoimmune disease
• Taking any aspirin, anticoagulants, antibiotics, or steroids
• Being sick (anything that’s contagious)
