Booking & Spa Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and reschedules require advance notice to respect both your time and ours. Permanent makeup appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, while all other services require a minimum of 24 hours notice. We understand that unexpected things can come up, however, same day cancellations that cannot be filled may result in a $50 fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a $50 no show fee will be applied to cover the reserved time. For new permanent makeup clients, the $100 deposit will be forfeited in addition to the $50 no show fee.

GRACE PERIOD

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled or marked as a no-show. 

COMMUNICATION

To cancel or reschedule, please call us directly or use our online booking system. We do not accept cancellations via social media, text, or email. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a voicemail within the cancellation window, as we may be assisting another client or closed.

NEW PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENTS

For new permanent makeup clients, if you have had previous work done elsewhere or have any concerns that may affect your eligibility, a consultation is required prior to booking. This allows us to determine if we can safely proceed. If a full appointment is booked without a consultation and we are unable to move forward, the service may be declined and your deposit will be non refundable. No exceptions.

If you choose to book as a new client and are confident moving forward without an in person consultation, clear photos are required at the time of booking. You may upload them during online booking or email them to contact@dermaluxespa.com within 24 hours. Failure to provide photos may result in denial of your appointment request.

Guests and Children

To maintain a calm, safe, and professional environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend their appointments. At this time, children are not permitted in the spa.

For clients under 18, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the consent form and remain on site during the service.

If you arrive with a child and do not have supervision arranged, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Our gift cards are a perfect way to treat someone special. Once redeemed, the remaining balance is valid for 12 months. You can choose between an electronic gift card, which can be emailed or printed instantly, or a physical gift cardavailable for purchase at our studio.

Please treat your gift card like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or reloaded. Discounted gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.

Payments & Refunds

We accept cash and all major credit cards as payments. There are no refunds or exchanges through Dermaluxe Spa. All sales are final and pricing is non-negotiable.
