Meet the Founder

Kashia Buks

Kashia Buks is the founder and owner of Dermaluxe Spa and a licensed cosmetologist with over two decades of experience in the beauty industry. Her background spans advanced aesthetic treatments, with a focus on skincare and permanent makeup.

Known for her attention to detail and refined approach, Kashia specializes in creating natural-looking, balanced results. Her experience is supported by extensive continuing education, including multiple certifications through PhiAcademy, training through the American Academy of Micropigmentation and with other industry artists, specialized scar camouflage training, and paramedical tattooing training through Penn Medicine. She also studied at The Art Institute of Houston.

Her time in the U.S. Army instilled a strong sense of discipline, consistency and commitment to excellence, qualities that continue to define the standard of care at Dermaluxe Spa.

Rosie Rodriguez

Rosie began her aesthetics career in 2014, performing advanced laser treatments and esthetic procedures alongside a plastic surgeon. Through this hands on experience, she developed a deep understanding of skin health, cosmetic treatments, and the artistry of subtle enhancements. With over 10 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field, she has built a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

As a licensed LPN and cosmetic injector, she has expanded her expertise to include advanced injectables and anti aging treatments. She specializes in natural looking enhancements, customizing each service to fit the unique goals of her clients while preserving their natural beauty.

Dr. Neal Reisman

Dr. Reisman is a leading board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston, specializing in aesthetic surgery. Recognized as a Top Doc by HTexas Magazine and a Super Doc by Texas Monthly Magazine Hall of Fame, he is known for his innovative techniques and commitment to excellence. With expertise in both aesthetic surgery and skincare, Dr. Reisman blends advanced techniques with personalized care. A licensed attorney, he also holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law. Having authored over 300 publications and presentations, he has lectured worldwide on cosmetic surgery advancements. His dedication to precision, artistry, and patient care allows him to achieve natural, long-lasting results.

I just got a touch up on my eyebrows and like always she doesn’t rush, she pays so much attention to the details, helps you pick the right shade to match your brows and skin tone. Today was my second section at Dermaluxe Spa for eyebrows tattoo removal (microblading removal), I had this done 6-8 yrs ago and it’s time to retouch it, in the way to do that I have to remove the old ink first. It is not pleasant but it’s a quick treatment and Kashia is amazing at what she does. I only needed two treatments, in 6 weeks I will be ready for some fresh eyebrows…. I’m excited it! Thank you so much for helping me build my confidence back Kashia. 100% recommend it!!!.

Amazing experience with Kashia! I went in for a pmu removal consultation and I am very pleased and ready for my removal session. Kashia did a great job of removing my old micro-blade eyebrows that were done somewhere else. There was a huge difference after the first session, and after the second session, there was a only very faint shadow left. I just finished third session and very excited to see to as the results once it’s completely healed. She made the removal process easy for me. You just have to trust the process!
