Kashia Buks
founder
Kashia Buks, the dedicated founder and owner of Dermaluxe Spa, brings over two decades of experience in the beauty industry with deep expertise in a range of aesthetic treatments. She began her career as a hairstylist in the early 2000s but soon discovered her true passion for skincare and permanent makeup, where she now specializes in creating beautiful, natural results.
With multiple certifications in permanent makeup and a keen eye for detail, Kashia blends technical precision with artistic finesse, a skill she honed while studying at The Art Institute of Houston. Her time in the U.S. Army further shaped her discipline, work ethic, and commitment to excellence. These are qualities she brings into every aspect of her work today.
Esthetician
Carlos has been in the beauty and skincare industry since 2010, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience to every treatment he performs. As a PCA Skin Certified Professional, he specializes in advanced facials and corrective chemical peels, focusing on treatments that deliver visible, lasting results. His expertise allows him to address concerns like acne, pigmentation, and aging while ensuring each treatment is safe, effective, and tailored to the client’s unique needs.
Beyond skincare, Carlos has earned a loyal following for his signature massage techniques—clients often refer to him as having “magic hands.” He’s known for creating a facial experience that combines clinical results with total relaxation, helping clients drift off during their treatment and wake up glowing. In addition to his facial services, Carlos also offers lash lifts and brow laminations, helping clients enhance their natural beauty with subtle, low-maintenance results.
Cosmetic Injector
Rosie began her aesthetics career in 2014, performing advanced laser treatments and esthetic procedures alongside a plastic surgeon. Through this hands-on experience, she developed a deep understanding of skin health, cosmetic treatments, and the artistry of subtle enhancements. With 10 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field, she has built a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Now a licensed LPN and cosmetic injector, Rosie has expanded her expertise to include advanced injectables and anti-aging treatments. She specializes in natural-looking enhancements, customizing each service to fit the unique goals of her clients while preserving their natural beauty. Her goal is to help every client feel more confident and refreshed—never overdone.
Esthetician
Melissa is a licensed esthetician with over 13 years of experience in the professional beauty industry. She has spent the last 8 years as a valued member of the Dermaluxe Spa team, where she has built a loyal client base known for trusting her expertise and personalized care.
In addition to her work at the spa, Melissa is a Licensed Esthetics Instructor and is currently preparing to open her own beauty school in Rosenberg. Her goal is to help educate and mentor the next generation of estheticians, sharing her knowledge and passion for skincare with future professionals. These days, she’s with Dermaluxe part-time while focusing on this exciting next chapter.
MD, JD, FACS
Dr. Reisman is a leading board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston, specializing in aesthetic surgery. Recognized as a Top Doc by HTexas Magazine and a Super Doc by Texas Monthly Magazine Hall of Fame, he is known for his innovative techniques and commitment to excellence. With expertise in both aesthetic surgery and skincare, Dr. Reisman blends advanced techniques with personalized care. A licensed attorney, he also holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law. Having authored over 300 publications and presentations, he has lectured worldwide on cosmetic surgery advancements. His dedication to precision, artistry, and patient care allows him to achieve natural, long-lasting results.
