Founder & Master Permanent Makeup Artist
Kashia Buks, the dedicated founder and owner of Dermaluxe Spa, brings over two decades of beauty industry experience and a deep expertise in various aesthetic treatments. With multiple certifications in permanent makeup and a keen eye for detail, she’s known for delivering beautiful, natural results.
Her unique artistic flair, honed through her studies at The Art Institute of Houston, and her disciplined background in the US Army, add distinctive dimensions to her professional journey, underscoring her dedication to her craft.
Melissa Mund
Licensed Esthetician
Meet Melissa Mund, a licensed esthetician with over 13 years of experience in the professional beauty industry. She is the go-to facialist at Dermaluxe Spa, renowned for her expertise in techniques such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and facials.
In addition to her thriving career, Melissa is a licensed esthetician instructor and is on the verge of launching her own beauty school in esthetics. During her leisure time, she passionately pursues her love for music as a professional singer and performs with her band on weekends.

Rosie Rodriguez
Cosmetic Injector
Rosie began her journey in the aesthetics field in 2014, performing advanced laser treatments and esthetic spa services while working alongside a plastic surgeon. With nearly a decade of experience, she developed a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty. In 2023, Rosie expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and cosmetic injector.
Specializing in fillers and neurotoxin injections, Rosie is known for her meticulous technique and commitment to achieving beautiful, natural-looking results for her clients.

Esthetician & Electrologist
Ciena is a licensed esthetician, certified electrologist, and certified phlebotomist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She has been a full-time esthetician for five years and has worked in skincare since 2013. Passionate about holistic and homeopathic wellness, Ciena takes pride in providing personalized treatments that help clients feel like the best version of themselves.
She specializes in treating all skin types and conditions, continuously expanding her knowledge to ensure the best results for her clients. With expertise in both aesthetic surgery and skincare, Dr. Reisman blends advanced techniques with personalized care. A licensed attorney, he also holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law. Having authored over 300 publications and presentations, he has lectured worldwide on cosmetic surgery advancements.
