Dermaluxe Spa Terms of Service
By booking or receiving services at Dermaluxe Spa, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments & Services
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Dermaluxe Spa reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is not suitable or safe.
Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, including permanent makeup services. Deposits are applied toward your service total.
Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, and CareCredit.
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for:
- 48 hours notice for new permanent makeup appointments
- 24 hours notice for all other services
Late cancellations may result in a $50 fee.
No-show appointments will be charged a $50 fee. New permanent makeup clients will forfeit their $100 deposit and may be subject to an additional $50 fee.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened or may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may still be subject to the full service fee.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the case of a service issue or at the discretion of Dermaluxe Spa.
Results
Results vary from client to client based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific results are guaranteed.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and is not the responsibility of Dermaluxe Spa.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment.
By receiving services, you acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and results may vary.
Photography & Media
By receiving services at Dermaluxe Spa, you consent to before and after photos being taken for documentation purposes.
With your permission, these images may be used for marketing, social media, and educational purposes. No identifying information will be shared without consent.
If you prefer not to have your photos used, please notify us prior to your appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
Dermaluxe Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client’s best interest. This may include medical contraindications, unrealistic expectations, or inappropriate behavior.
Liability
Dermaluxe Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
